PAYMENT:
Full Payment must be made in advance of participating in any Hands On Class. To confirm your Booking for a Cookery Demonstration & Taster Event, you must provide credit card details as security. In the event of you not attending, the full amount will be deducted from your Credit Card.
REFUNDS:
A full refund will be made for cancellations notified up to 21 days prior to attendance. Notification must be made in writing or by email. Cancellations made after this period will only receive a 50% refund. If we have to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or an alternative date.
VOUCHERS:
Cannot be redeemed for cash and are only valid for the Mourne Seafood Cookery School in Kilkeel. VALID for 6 months from issue date. If the monetary value of your voucher is more than the cost of the course your choose you can use the balance to purchase items in the cookery school up to the value of the voucher.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/ ALLERGIES:
If you have any special requirements, are pregnant or have any allergies, please let us know when you confirm your booking.
SICKNESS:
If you become unwell within 48 hours prior to your class date, please inform us immediately, as according to your illness we may have to refuse you entry.
